“This is your body, your greatest gift, pregnant with wisdom you do not hear, grief you thought was forgotten, and joy you have never known.”

– Marion Woodman

We all have a sense of belonging to our communities and adapt to the values of that setting, initially to survive and later to be accepted and included.

In the process of adaptation, we lose parts of ourselves that may not be considered competent for the ruling values. We send those aspects into the darkness of the shadow, so nobody including ourselves finds out about them. Instead, we wear masks to adapt. These masks prevent us from fully expressing our true selves and living our full potential. Such compromises leave us fragmented and they may even manifest in the form of a disease, feeling lost, creativity blocks, and so forth.

The goal of the coaching sessions is to invite wholeness. By integrating what we are consciously aware of with what has been hidden in the subconscious mind, we become closer to our authentic self. There is potential for healing in integration. The golden key we have always been searching for, may be hidden in the shadow.

“Darkness gives birth to light… what is unconscious becomes conscious.”

C.G. Jung

Carl Gustav Jung was a psychotherapist, a psychoanalyst, and the founder of analytical, in-depth psychology.

In coaching sessions, we work with personal narratives and shadows to understand why there may be resistance to healing.

We also integrate breathing, medical Qi Gong (cultivation of life force) and various movements synchronized with breath to awaken the ownership of the body. Such embodiment practices encourage the body’s innate ability to heal.

The coaching sessions are 90 minutes and are available globally through zoom calls.
